The main module of the Informance Plant Solution delivers powerful, real-time analysis of asset utilization, defect and loss categories, and other key metrics in an intuitive application. Module features many out-of-the box and customized reports for operators, supervisors and plant managers including metrics and analytics within context by order number, SKU, shift and operator, for easy drill-down and root cause analysis.

Plant Financial Module

Using the financial module, plant managers and corporate executives assign dollar values to loss categories to derive powerful insight about plant financial performance, establishing the correlation between operational efficiency and operating profitability.

Alerts and Notifications

Operations team learns about potential issues and important events quickly and automatically. Companies track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with customized business rules.
