ACCOUNT MANAGER
Informance International, a leading provider of Enterprise Software for Manufacturing
Performance Analytics is seeking a highly motivated sale professional. The company
has offices in RedWood City, CA and Northbrook, IL.
This individual would be entering the companyÁs sales ranks as an Account Manager
with a strong sales aptitude capable of advancing into a Strategic Account Manager
role within 1-2 years.

Role Description
This person will manage and execute sales processes for the initial applications
of the Informance Enterprise solution. He/sheÁs primary responsibility will be in
generating new opportunities by creating new leads through personal concerted marketing
activities and moving existing prospects through the defined Informance sales process
to execute pilot orders in a timely and efficient manner. Personal concerted marketing
activities could include telephone prospecting, e-mail campaigns, participation
in conferences and seminars as a few examples.
Responsibilities
- 50% of the time the person will execute concerted marketing activities to generate
prospects to build their personal sales pipelines

50% of the time, the person will be managing sales cycle and be closing opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree minimum
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience; preferably within the manufacturing software
market
- Excellent oral & written presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to converse with mid-level & C-level executives
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- A proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed goals
- Aspires to obtain a strategic account management role with 1-2 years
- Engineering background a plus
